Project Teams
Multiple projects have been launched to identify cost-savings measures across campus. These projects are staffed with a cross-section of members representing diverse areas of campus and are composed of faculty, staff and students. Each project is given a specific charge and will provide recommendations for moving forward.

Feedback Process
As project team reports are submitted, they will be made public to the campus community for feedback. Each report will be posted on this website and there will be an opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to post comments and reactions. The reports with the public comments will be shared with the Council of Deans, the Campus Steering Committee, the Campus Advisory Committee, and the Academic Senate Leadership. They also will be shared with the Interim Chancellor and the Interim Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
